Theodore Valerio, painter, engraver and lithographer French student of charlet medal of third class in 1859. He traveled to Germany, Switzerland, in Italy and in Hungary in different balkanniques country. During the Crimean War, he enlisted in the Turkish army of Omer Pasha, he brought many sketches and watercolors he undertook many burn on his return to Paris.
